Diagnostic Imaging Cardiology
Today, standard cardiac imaging procedures include echocardiography, computer tomography and magnetic resonance imaging. The function of cardiac imaging is basically to diagnose heart problems and to determine the severity of known heart diseases. Each procedure offers different possibilities for answering specific questions, which will be addressed in this lecture.
